Iran sends a message to US and Turkish forces in Syria

Iran has demanded that US and Turkish forces, who are not officially invited by the Syrian government, to leave Syrian territory without preconditions.
In his speech during the UN Security Council meeting, Majid Takht Ravanchi, Iran’s permanent representative to the United Nations, said: “We reject separatist activities or illegal schemes for self-rule in Syria, and denounce all attempts to support them.”
He added: “Above all else, the occupation of parts of Syria must end, and accordingly, all foreign forces not officially invited must leave this country without delay and without any preconditions.”
Iranian and Russian forces are present on Syrian soil, but they came at an official invitation from the Syrian government in Damascus.
