The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health announced on Tuesday afternoon that three civilians were injured in an Israeli strike carried out by a drone targeting the town of Khiam in southern Lebanon, according to an official statement.

According to the ministry’s statement, an Israeli drone fired two missiles at the town of Khiam, injuring three civilians. The wounded were transferred to nearby hospitals for treatment, with no fatalities reported so far.
The ministry confirmed that medical and emergency teams evacuated the injured from the site of the strike, while health authorities continue to monitor their conditions.
