Trump Announces Khamenei Killed and Urges IRGC to Join Iranian Patriots
US President Donald Trump announced the death of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, describing him as “one of the most evil figures in history.”
Trump stated that the operation represents “justice for the Iranian people, Americans, and all victims of Khamenei,” noting that the killing was carried out using “highly advanced intelligence and tracking systems” and with “close cooperation with Israel.” Tehran has not yet issued any official confirmation regarding these claims.
Trump added that the leaders killed alongside Khamenei “could not have done anything,” describing the current moment as “the greatest opportunity for the Iranian people to reclaim their homeland.” He urged members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the army, and security forces to seek immunity and join what he described as “Iranian patriots,” warning that those who do not comply would face “death” later.
Trump also stated that “intense and precise” strikes against specific targets in Iran would continue throughout the week “or as long as necessary” to achieve the goal of “establishing peace in the Middle East and the world.”
