Syrian Media: Implementation of the Agreement Between the Government and the Syrian Democratic Forces Faces Setback

Syrian TV reported that there is a setback in the implementation of the agreement between the Syrian government and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) concerning the Tishrin Dam.

It is worth noting that the agreement between the SDF and the Syrian government involved a joint arrangement for managing the Tishrin Dam. According to the agreement, the SDF would completely withdraw from the dam area, and security control would be handed over to the “General Security” forces affiliated with the Syrian transitional government.
