The Syrian authorities stop prosecuting thousands

The Syrian Special Security Committees continued to receive those who wish to regularize their status, including deserters and those who have failed the compulsory and reserve services, and civilians, both men and women, at their second station in the city of Al-Mayadin, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor Governorate.
Sources from the settlement committees in Deir ez-Zor also confirmed, “The number of those whose statuses have been settled this week in the city of Al-Mayadin (50 km from the city center) has exceeded 3,500 people so far, while the number is expected to reach about 4,000 by the end of working hours, today.” Thursday, amid continuous demand from the people of the area.
The committee had settled the status of 6,500 people during its presence in Deir ez-Zor, bringing the total number of people who were wanted by the Syrian authorities in this province, large parts of which are under the control of the US army and militiamen loyal to it, to exceed the total number of 10,000.
Next week, the committee will move to the border city of Albukamal between Syria and Iraq, provided that the committees will move to the northern countryside of Deir ez-Zor in the town of (Hatla) and the western countryside of Deir ez-Zor in the town of (Al-Tabni), in order to benefit the largest possible number of those wishing to settle their status.
In turn, a member of the People’s Assembly, Madlool Al-Aziz, and one of the dignitaries of the Al-Bakara clan in Deir ez-Zor said: “The settlement is an opportunity for reunification and for the return of all the people of the city to their homes and villages and to return to their normal lives away from all disturbances. American”.

Sheikh Abdullah Shalash, one of the notables of the Al-Busraya clan and head of the Syrian-Russian Reconciliation Center, confirmed that the sons of the Arab tribes in the region, through their great turnout, send a message to all the forces on the Syrian soil, “by rejecting their presence, led by the American forces, and confirming their support for the Syrian state and today they are returning.” to their villages and lands to contribute to building the future Syria.
Al-Shlash continued, “We are working on continuous coordination with those wishing to settle in order to facilitate their access from the areas of the Syrian Jazeera through the river crossings to the settlement centers, and not to be exposed to them by military checkpoints, and to settle their conditions and return to their normal lives.”
It is mentioned that the wanted person who regularizes his status obtains a special document to stop his prosecution and inform the relevant agencies in this regard with regard to civilians. As for the fleeing soldiers, he is given a mission for 15 days before joining his military unit, and those who fail to serve the compulsory and reserve services are given a mission for a month to join as soon as it ends.
