Trump survives Kennedy’s fate

Presidential candidate Donald Trump survived a bold assassination attempt that killed and injured a number of people around him during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania.

Police confirmed that at least two people were killed and wounded by the shooting, noting that the three victims were men and adults.
Police considered that law enforcement had acted heroically to identify and neutralize the threat, asserting that the investigation into Trump’s shooting would take days, weeks and months.
Police stressed that the priority was to determine the motive for Trump’s shooting, and whether there were other people involved.
