U.S. Secretary of War: Washington Can Deploy Military Capabilities Anytime, Anywhere
U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth stated that the United States is prepared to use its military force and available capabilities anywhere and at any time worldwide. He made the remarks during a press conference addressing the arrest of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, following the U.S. military operation in Venezuela.
Speaking on Saturday evening, the Secretary described the U.S. military operation in Venezuela as “historic” and “executed perfectly,” emphasizing that the United States possesses military capabilities unmatched by any other country. According to media reports, he added that no other country in the world could carry out a similar operation.

The U.S. Secretary highlighted that the country maintains a wide-ranging military capability, noting that Washington can deploy these capabilities anytime and anywhere as part of its constant readiness to protect American interests. He also emphasized the U.S. commitment to countering drug and gang trafficking and recovering resources it says were taken from the country.
