He also added, “But the Ukrainian side continues to prevent foreign ships…Moreover, units of the Ukrainian Navy have planted mines on the coast and in the waters of ports and territorial waters, which threatens maritime safety.”
Russia has been continuing, for about two months, its own military operations in Ukraine; Which set its goals to eliminate the militarization of Ukraine, the Nazi tendencies in this country, and to bring to justice all war criminals responsible for the “bloody crimes against civilians” in Donbass.
