A half-day meeting between the Russians and the Chinese.. What happened during it?

An American official announced that American and Chinese delegations met for 12 hours yesterday, Saturday.
The US official said, according to Reuters, “Washington sees limited signs that China may restore military contacts with Washington.”
He added, “Washington expressed to Beijing its concern about the support provided by China to Russia.”
He pointed out that Washington expressed its concern during the meeting about China crossing the halfway line in the Taiwan Strait.
