Blinken: We are approaching the point of despair

US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, considered that the United States is close to what he called a “point of despair” about returning to the nuclear agreement with Iran.
Several rounds of negotiations on the possibility of returning to the agreement ended without any significant progress.
Blinken said: “The possibility of returning to the Iranian nuclear agreement has a definite time period.”
For his part, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas was more optimistic, stressing that it is still possible to return to the Iran nuclear agreement.
“We expect the new Iranian government to support the ongoing negotiation process on the nuclear deal,” he said in the context.
