Gasoline prices are rising in the United States

The American newspaper “The Wall Street Journal” reported that fuel prices in the United States witnessed a new rise, recording 47 percent from last year.
The newspaper said that the average price of a gallon of regular, unleaded fuel in the United States amounted to $4.37, an increase of 47 percent over the same period in 2021, which represents a record level.
After a few weeks of minor declines, the price of fuel rose again as crude oil prices jumped again.
California’s price is still the highest in the country at $5.84 a gallon, but still below its high of $5.92 reached on March 29.
