Qalibaf responds to Zamir’s “10 red flags” warning about Israeli army collapse: Targeting Iranian infrastructure will accelerate the collapse
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf said Iran’s response to Israeli strikes on infrastructure will be “fierce” and will accelerate the “ongoing collapse of Israel,” following remarks by Israel’s chief of staff about raising “10 red flags” signaling growing pressure and readiness.
Qalibaf wrote on X that Israel is trying to “ignore the warnings” by attacking Iranian industrial infrastructure, adding that Iran’s response will accelerate the “ongoing collapse.”
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, for his part, said Israel struck two of Iran’s largest steel plants, a power plant, and civilian nuclear sites on Friday, vowing to exact a “heavy price for these operations.
The Israeli military had announced it struck the Arak heavy water reactor and a uranium extraction plant in Yazd, while Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization confirmed the targeting of the “yellowcake” production plant in Yazd province, a facility linked to the nuclear fuel production chain.
