Tehran Denies Trump’s Claims of Khamenei Killed and Warns U.S. President Against Imposing Conditions

Sources close to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s office have denied the accuracy of U.S. President Donald Trump’s claims regarding his assassination, describing the statements as “baseless claims.” The sources confirmed that the Supreme Leader is safe, according to Fars News Agency, describing the American allegations as “unrealistic and fabricated.”

A circulated Iranian statement noted that the U.S. president has a “long record of spreading misleading information,” citing a previous claim regarding the fall of the city of Mashhad, which was later shown to be unsupported by facts.

In this context, Gholam Ali Rashid, commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters of the Iranian Armed Forces, stated that “Iran will determine the end of this war,” emphasizing that Tehran will set the course of confrontation and its outcomes according to its own decisions.

The Iranian commander also warned the U.S. president against imposing any conditions on Tehran, asserting in a circulated video statement that the Islamic Republic will not accept any external interference in its affairs and that all decisions regarding the situation will be determined internally.
