Israeli warning of strikes on Masnaa border crossing.. M30 road threatened
The Israeli military issued an urgent warning to those present at the Masnaa crossing on the Syrian-Lebanese border and to travelers on the M30 road, threatening to launch strikes on the crossing in the near future.
The military justified the warning due to “Hezbollah’s use of the crossing for military purposes and smuggling of combat equipment,” calling on those present in the area marked in red on the map to evacuate immediately.
The Israeli military spokesman affirmed in a statement that staying in this area “puts you at risk,” noting that strikes would be carried out shortly. This warning comes as part of ongoing Israeli operations to expand a security zone free of civilians inside Lebanese territory.
Clashes continue along the Lebanese-Israeli border, with Hezbollah responding with repeated attacks on northern areas, vowing a long war of attrition.
