One Piece anime returns with a real-life version produced by Netflix
Netflix has announced the launch of the first season of the One Piece series as a realistic version of the famous Japanese anime of the same name that has been going on since 1997 until now.
The network made available eight episodes at once for viewing to its subscribers, while the promotional text carried the following phrase: “With his straw hat on, young pirate Monkey D. Luffy, along with his diverse team, embarks on an epic journey in search of famous treasure in a representative version of the famous manga series.
Similar to the Japanese version, the ratings for the TV series included action, adventure, comedy, drama, fantasy, and it received a rating of 8.7 on the specialized IMDB website.
It is noteworthy that the original version of the work is still shown until now, and has reached 1073 episodes, and it is still continuing with new episodes since 1997 until now.
