From refugee camp to Real Madrid

Press reports revealed that Real Madrid reached an agreement to include French talent Eduardo Camavinga from the French team Rennes, hours before the closing of the current summer transfer market.

Eduardo Camavinga had a very difficult childhood since he was born in Angola on November 10, 2002, to a father and a mother from Congo.
And in a report that Eduardo Camavinga was born in a refugee camp in the Angolan city of “Mekonji”, after his family fled the hell of war in the Congo and its capital, “Kinshasa”.
After Eduardo was two years old, his family moved to France, where they began to live in the Fougeres region.

Camavinga appeared for the first time with the first team of Rennes during the match against Angers in the French League on April 6, 2019, a meeting that ended in a 3-3 draw, and he also became the youngest player to play for the first team of Rennes at the age of 16 years and 4 months.
Camavinga participated in 88 matches with Rennes in all competitions, in which he scored two goals and assisted 5 goals.
On the international level, Eduardo Camavinga, who plays as a defensive midfielder, joined the French national team on August 27, 2020, and participated with him in 3 international matches.
