Moscow: Azerbaijani forces ignite tension in Nagorno-Karabakh

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that tension has occurred today in the disputed Karabakh region between Azerbaijan and Armenia, in the Saribaba Highlands region.
The Russian Defense said that the Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire regime in the Saribaba Highlands region.
On Tuesday, Azerbaijan had pushed armored vehicles to the borders of the region, which raised fears of a possible military operation.
